DATE – Saturday, April 22nd, 2023 | Meet starts at 10am (Gates open at 8am)


DIRECTIONS - Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway – Between Yosemite Ave & Stearns St.


ADMISSION – Adults $10.00 | Students (w/ I.D.) $5.00 | Children (under 10) Free | Military w/I.D. Free

ENTRY FEE – $10 per event, $30 per relay. $400 max entry fee per school ($200 each Girls | Boys).


Checks made payable to Simi Valley Track & Field. Competing schools | athletes must have payment in on or before day of event.


ENTRY PROCEDURE – Entries will be done via Entry deadline is Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 at 7pm.


Meet will be pre-seeded. Marks entered MUST be from the 2023 T&F season and WILL be verified.  

MEET FORMAT – There will be 7-10 ‘Rated’ heats for laned events, 1 heat of distance races, immediately followed by 1 ‘Seeded’ heat and 1 ‘Invitational’ heat. The fastest times entered will compete in the Invitational heat with the next fastest times competing in the Seeded heat.


ORDER OF EVENTS – 4x100m, 1600m, 100m | 110m Hurdles, 400m, 100m, 800m, 300m Hurdles, 200m, 3200m, 4x400m, Girls | Boys Long Jump followed by Triple Jump, Girls High Jump followed by Boys, Girls Shot Put followed by Discus, Boys Discus followed by Shot Put, Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys.


Athletes may compete in up to 4 events. Freshmen and Sophomores will compete combined.


Meet schedule will be posted closer to meet date. Schools may enter more than 1 relay team per division.


AWARDS – Medals will be awarded to top 3 'Rated' (combined), 'Seeded' and 'Invitational' events as well as relays.

PARKING / BUSES – Athlete drop off on Stow St. at main stadium entrance. Free parking available corner of Cochran St. & Stow St. Bus parking available in the western most parking lot on Cochran St.


CONCESSIONS – Full snack bar offered.
